At the press conference, IU said, “The filming of ‘Dream’ was already three years ago,” adding, “I mainly filmed dramas with roles that had many backstories, and when I thought I wanted to play a role without a backstory, I received an offer for ‘Dream'”. “I participated with a happy heart”, she also said.

IU also recalled that she had high expectations for the filming of “Dream” and shared her impressions of working with her co-star Park Seo Joon.

“Whenever the director made a sudden request, Park Seo Joon would accept it flexibly and make it his own. Seeing this up close, I found him amazing and admirable”, IU exclaimed, adding, “I received a lot of good inspiration while watching his acting right in front of me.”
