“I dream about having a family”…Song Joong Ki’s dream was re-examined due to the announcement of remarriage + pregnancy

While actor Song Joong Ki promised to spend the rest of his life with his lover Katy, an interview Song Joong Ki conducted in the past was re-examined.

On Jan 30th, Song Joong Ki announced on his official fan cafe that he would get married, along with Katy’s pregnancy and the fact that they registered their marriage.

He said, “I promised to share my future life with Katy Louise Saunders, who has spent and cherished our precious time with me.”

At the same time, he shared the news of his second generation, “Naturally, we hoped to create a happy family together. We have made a lot of efforts to keep each other’s promises, and thankfully, a precious life has come to us.”

Song Joong Ki also revealed that he had registered his marriage with his lover Katy. 

The actor confessed, “We’re on our way to register our marriage to make a new start in our life as a couple based on our deep trust and love”.

In the meantime, netizens brought up Song Joong Ki’s interview in July 2017 to re-examine.

When asked about “the thing that makes you move forward the future” in W Korea’s May issue interview, Song Joong Ki replied, “I dream about having a family”.

He continued, “The most important thing in my life is family. It’s the biggest motto in my life, a gift, and the direction for me to go”, adding “Due to the nature of my job as an actor, I try to balance my working life and my daily life in my family. Later, I want to become a good father and a good husband. That’s my ultimate goal”.

Meanwhile, this is Song Joong Ki’s second marriage 4 years after he divorced actress Song Hye Kyo in 2019.
