HYBE revealed on September 29 that it held the 2025 HYBE Family Night event on September 27 at its Yongsan headquarters in Seoul.
First launched in 2023, this year marked the third edition of HYBE Family Night, an internal event inviting employees’ families and friends to enjoy the Seoul International Fireworks Festival directly from the company’s building overlooking the Han River. The event drew 936 applications, with only 73 families (around 250 guests) selected through a competitive 13-to-1 raffle.

The Yongsan HQ, located near the Hangang Bridge, is considered one of the best spots to view the fireworks. HYBE transformed the top floor restaurant, café, and rooftop garden into a “Sky Garden” picnic zone, where guests enjoyed themed photo booths, dinner, and a lucky draw before the fireworks show began.
As the fireworks lit up the night sky, cheers filled the venue, and families snapped commemorative photos together. The evening reached its peak when Chairman Bang Si Hyuk made a surprise appearance, greeting employees’ families, watching the fireworks with them, and even posing for photos. He also shared warm words of gratitude with those in attendance.
Earlier this year, HYBE also held HYBE Family Day in May, offering a guided tour of its facilities, including the screening room, recording studios, dance practice rooms, and filming sets used by HYBE artists.
A company representative said: “Beyond simply offering benefits, we aim to create events where employees and their families can experience and enjoy HYBE together. We will continue expanding programs and systems that enhance satisfaction and pride in the company.”

HYBE currently operates various family-friendly policies, including extended parental leave, childcare subsidies, family care leave, and partnerships with major resorts and hotels for discounted stays.
