A surprise news broke out regarding actress Hwang Bo-ra, who is about to marry Kim Young-hoon, CEO of her agency Workhouse Company.
According to Osen’s report on Oct 6th, Hwang Bo-ra will appear on tvN STORY’s new entertainment show “The Chairman’s Family” with her father-in-law, actor Kim Yong-gun. Hwang Bo-ra recently finished filming for “The Chairman’s Family” and is said to have played the role of the youngest daughter-in-law throughout the filming.
Starting on Oct 10th and will be broadcasted as an eight-episode series, “The Chairman’s Family” is a new entertainment show that captures the colorful lives of the first generation’s national actors who made the audiences cry and laugh 20 years ago. In addition to Kim Yong-gun, actors Kim Soo-mi and Lee Gye-in will appear as regular casts.
This is the first time that father-in-law Kim Yong-gun and daughter-in-law Hwang Bo-ra work together in an entertainment show, raising expectations.
At the production presentation of “The Chairman’s Family” held online this afternoon, Kim Yong-gun drew attention by saying, “We will discuss the guest appearance of my son’s Ha Jung-woo through our family meeting.”
Meanwhile, Hwang Bo-ra will get married in November after a 10-year relationship with CEO Kim Young-hoon, Ha Jung-woo’s younger brother and the second son of Kim Yong-gun. The two have recently completed their marriage registration.
CEO Kim Young-hoon has worked in the entertainment industry under the stage name Cha Hyun-woo in the past.
