HOT ISSUE announces sudden disbandment after a year of debut 

Just a year into their debut, girl group HOT ISSUE is disbanding. 

On April 22nd, S2 Entertainment released a statement through the official fan cafe of HOT ISSUE, saying, “After a long discussion with our artists, the company and HOT ISSUE members have decided to disband the team.”

The company added, “We apologize for delivering such sudden news to the fans. We have been working together for a long time toward the goal and development we were aiming for, but inevitably, this decision was made. Please keep an eye on the members’ future activities and support them.”

HOT ISSUE debuted with their first mini-album ‘ISSUE MAKER’ in April 2021. In September of the same year, they made a comeback with their first single album ‘ICONS’.

After a long discussion between the company and our artist, HOT ISSUE, we have reached the decision to disband the team.

We have been working with HOT ISSUE for a long time toward the goal and growth we were aiming for, but inevitably, this decision was made. 

We would like to express our apologies and gratitude to the fans who have loved and cheered for HOT ISSUE since their debut. Please continue to give your attention and support for the members’ future activities.
