On February 20th, Yeon Ji said on her Instagram, “I’m writing this because I think there’s a misunderstanding”.
She explained, “I decided to participate in the work with exposure scenes on my own and I have no regret about that choice”, adding “So please don’t make anyone suffer damage from my writing. I already deleted the post because I was worried about the people who worked hard on the drama”.
Earlier, Yeon Ji wrote about an anecdote related to the exposure scenes in “Hit The Spot”.
According to the post, the casting director at that time demanded that the level of exposure be increased in a situation where the filming was just around the corner.
Yeon Ji was originally decided to expose underwear, but she was proposed to expose from upper body to hip.
Yeon Ji claimed, “The director said she’d replace me if I refused to expose my body.”
Starring Hani, Bae Woo Hee, Park Sun Ho and Choi Kwang Rok, “Hit The Spot” is a drama about the real sex story of women who want to know, do it right, and make it feel right, honestly and boldly. It first aired on Dec 23rd last year.
