The immersive script reading site of “Yonder”, as if you had watched an actual drama, was released and is attracting attention.
The script reading site of TVING’s original series “Yonder”, which will be released for the first time on Oct 14th, was unveiled through the YouTube channel “TVING”.
The video showed director Lee Jun-ik, actors Shin Ha-kyun, Han Ji-min, Lee Jung-eun, Jung Jin-young, Bae Yu-ram, Joo Bo-bi, Yoon Yi-reh and Cha Soon-bae.
The actors gathered in the conference room and worked together by saying lines of their respective roles. The image of them melting into the characters and performing enthusiastically was impressive.
In particular, Han Ji-min, who plays the role of a terminally ill patient in this series, showed a mournful look in the script reading.
Lee Jung-eun and Shin Ha-kyun showed off their extraordinary chemistry right from their first lines.
The acting of the highly immersive actors who make even viewers hold their breath raises expectations for the work.
On this day, the actors finished the script reading in a friendly atmosphere.
Director Lee Jun-ik, who is challenging his first TV series with this work, gave advice directly to the actors, saying, “I have deepening thoughts after today’s reading result.”
Director Lee said, “The chemistry between the actors Shin Ha-kyun and Han Ji-min is so good that I’m looking forward to it more in the future. Please don’t hesitate to ask questions at any time, even on set.”
The drama “Yonder” tells a story that happens when a man who receives a message from his dead wife is invited to “yonder”, an unknown space where he can meet her for the last time. It is a joint investment by TVING and Paramount+ and is based on Kim Jang-hwan’s novel “Goodbye, Yonder”.
It will be released on TVING on Oct 14th.
