Girls’ Generation’s Yuri and Actor Lee Jang Woo Went on a Date while Filming “The Genius Paik”

The sweet moments of Lee Jang Woo and Girls’ Generation’s Yuri were captured.

tvN’s variety show “The Genius Paik” follows Baek Jong Won, the top restaurant management expert and chef in Korea, directly challenging business in Italy.

In the episode aired on June 11, the staff of Baek Jong Won’s restaurant were exhausted from endless dishwashing and serving.

Eventually, Baek Jong Won announced that the next day would be a day off. On their precious day off, Lee Jang Woo took Girls’ Generation’s Yuri grocery shopping.

Lee Jang Woo said, “Our program is not a fantasy. We can run away while doing real business.” Yuri sympathized with what Lee Jang Woo said. 

As they headed to the seaside in Naples, Lee Jang Woo, who was taking Yuri’s picture with an ocean view as the background, suddenly exclaimed, “You’re no joke.” 

Then he made a surprise suggestion, “Suddenly, it feels like we are filming ‘I am Solo’ (t/n: dating show). Maybe we should do something together. Let’s go on a date.” 

Yuri didn’t refuse. She showed an excited expression, asking, “What should we do?“

After hearing about this later, John Park commented, “The two of them just went on a casual date.”

Yuri finally called Baek Jong Won and even asked, “What will happen if we don’t come back?” Feeling the urgency of Baek Jong Won’s orders, Lee Jang Woo and Yuri returned to the restaurant with regret.
