Girl group IVE and trot singer Lim Young-woong won the TOP10 Awards at the 2022 Melon Music Awards, expressing gratitude for supportive fan base
IVE and Lim Young-woong were chosen as the “Top10” artists at the MMA2022.
On November 26, the 2022 “Melon Music Awards” was held at Gocheok Sky Dome in Guro-gu, Seoul.
The award ceremony opened with this year’s Top 10 Awards, presented to two winners, namely IVE and Lim Young-woong. IVE was the winner of the first announced Top 10, expressing their gratitude, “It’s an honor to be the first award and it’s an honor to be in the top 10. We are grateful to the staff of our agency for helping us grow. Thank you so much for ‘DIVEs’ (their fandom). Thank you,” said the group’s representative.
The second TOP10 award was presented to Lim Young-woong. The singer said, “Among the awards in our house, the ‘Melon Music Awards’ is the prettiest. The awards received this year are also pretty. I am truly grateful to all of the ‘Age of Heroes’ (Young-woong’s fanclub) who made it possible for me to receive this award. It is an honor to be with wonderful artists, with the people and viewers. May you always be healthy and happy.”
