(G)I-DLE Achieves Perfect All-Kill on Korean Charts with B-side “FATE”

Despite being a B-side with little promotion, (G)I-DLE’s “FATE” has achieved a perfect all-kill by topping all Korean music charts.

On March 26, “FATE”, a b-side song from (G)I-DLE’s latest album “[2]”, recorded a Perfect All-Kill on iChart. It is known that in order to achieve “Perfect All-Kill”, a song has to place No.1 on all major Korean music platforms for both the daily and real-time charts, making this an extremely difficult task.

Yet, “FATE”, which originally received no promotion except for (G)I-DLE’s live stage performance on “Lee Hyori’s Red Carpet”, managed to achieve this, proving the song’s immense allure to the Korean public.

Previously, Cube Entertainment decided that (G)I-DLE would start promoting “FATE” on music shows after the song achieved an All-Kill status, surpassing the title track “Super Lady”.

On the other hand, “FATE” is the 3rd song to achieve the “Perfect All-Kill” status in 2024, after IU’s “Love Win Alls” and BIBI’s “Bam Yang Gang”. This makes (G)I-DLE the first girl group to have achieve Perfect All-Kills in 4 consecutive comebacks (with “TOMBOY”, “Nxde”, “Queencard”, and “FATE”.
