G-Dragon To Make Voluntary Attendance At The Police For Drug Investigation Today (Nov 6th)
After making continuous denials of drug charges, BIG BANG’s G-Dragon will personally appear at the police today
On November 6th, G-Dragon will make his voluntary attendance at the Incheon Metropolitan Police Agency’s Drug Crime Investigation Division.
During the investigation, the police will conduct a simple drug test on G-Dragon to check whether he has been taking drugs recently.
They will also investigate the relationship between the male singer and A, a director of an entertainment establishment in Gangnam, Seoul, and a doctor accused of being his drug supplier.
In addition, the police plan to collect G-Dragon’s mobile phone randomly to check his contact history.
Earlier on October 25th, the police booked G-Dragon without detention on charges of violating the Narcotics Control Act. Both G-Dragon and actor Lee Sun-kyun have been investigated in relation to hostess bar director A, who was already arrested on drug charges.
Later on October 27th, G-Dragon issued his first statement and denied drug use. Three days later, G-Dragon’s legal representative emphasized the denial and announced G-Dragon’s intention to voluntarily attend the police for drug investigations.
Contrary to G-Dragon’s position, the police confidently stated that they already obtained specific evidence of G-Dragon’s drug allegations.
Today’s police attendance is arousing keen attention as it will be the first time G-Dragon appears in public since the drug scandal broke out.
