G-Dragon spent 16.4 billion won to buy a Nine One Hannam penthouse in Yongsan, the highest price for an apartment

G-Dragon (real name Kwon Ji-yong) of BIGBANG purchased the penthouse of Nine One Hannam in Yongsan, Seoul for 16.4 billion won.

According to a copy of the court register on Jun 3rd, G-Dragon bought a 244㎡ penthouse of Nine One Hannam in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, for 16.4 billion won on March 29th.

G-Dragon reportedly paid the full price of the penthouse in cash, and six households, including G-Dragon, signed the transaction contract for the same amount that day.

The highest apartment price known so far was a 273㎡ apartment of “The Penthouse Cheongdam” in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, which was traded on April 28th for 14.5 billion won.

This time, the sale price of Nine One Hannam Penthouse is 1.9 billion won higher than that, breaking the highest price record.

Nine One Hannam is a complex that was completed at the end of 2019, with four basement floors and nine floors on the ground, nine buildings, and a total of 341 apartments.
