G-Dragon Denied Dating Miss Korea Contestant, According To Korean Media
BIG BANG’s G-Dragon was rumored to be dating Kim Go-eun, a former Miss Korea contestant.
According to an exclusive report by OSEN on March 10, G-Dragon and Miss Korea 2nd runner-up Kim Go-eun’s rumored relationship has been confirmed to be untrue. Currently, the two are known to be close friends, not lovers.
The media quoted a source in the entertainment industry that the reason behind the rumor of their romantic relationship is that Kim Go-eun (despite not being a celebrity) has many acquaintances in the industry, so she and G-Dragon have many mutual friends.
G-Dragon is also said to have drawn the line that he is not dating Kim Go-eun. “After checking with him, we can confirm that G-Dragon is not dating Kim Go-eun. They are not lovers but close friends. I hope you don’t misunderstand,” he told the media.
Rumors that G-Dragon is dating Kim Go-eun have spread among Korean and foreign fans since last summer. In particular, rumors of their romantic relationship erupted in July last year when the two were spotted watching a Paris Saint-Germain game together at Yanmar Stadium Nagai in Osaka, Japan.
According to fans’ claims, Kim Go-eun attended G-Dragon’s birthday party with her acquaintances on August 18 last year. She also posted mirror selfies taken in the elevator in the same building as G-Dragon’s and similar photos of the sunset, sparking rumors of a romantic relationship.
