The 2025 MAMA Awards kicked off on November 28 at Kai Tak Sports Park in Hong Kong, marking the show’s return to the city after seven years. The event opened on a somber note, with host Park Bo Gum leading a 30-second moment of silence in honor of the victims of the Hong Kong fire tragedy at Wong Fuk Court, setting a respectful tone for the night.
Despite the subdued opening, the show proceeded with strong performances and exciting wins. Notable stages included:
