“Lies Hidden in My Garden” actor Kim Sung Oh is gaining attention. 

Genie TV’s original thriller drama ‘Lies Hidden in My Garden’ ends on July 11th with episode 8. Two lead actresses Kim Tae Hee and Lim Ji Yeon are not the only ones who shine in ‘Lies Hidden in My Garden’. Kim Sung Oh, who plays the husband of Kim Tae Hee, also stands out.

Based on the bestseller of the same name, ‘Lies Hidden in My Garden’ is a suspense thriller about two women living completely different lives due to a suspicious smell in the backyard. In the play, Kim Sung Oh plays Jae Ho, the husband of Joo Ran, played by Kim Tae Hee. Jae Ho is a talented perfectionist doctor who comes into conflict with Joo Ran when a strange smell starts to emanate from the backyard.

Director Jung Ji Hyun said, “There were quite a few people who opposed the casting of Kim Sung On. But I insisted. He expressed the actions that a father can do on set very well.” On the other hand, Kim Sung Oh said, “There will be opposing opinions, but it can’t be helped.”

Kim Sung Oh, who made his debut in the play ‘First Love’ in 2000, became known by starring in ‘The Man from Nowhere’, ‘The Merciless’, ‘Unstoppable’, ‘Kingmaker’, ‘Secret Garden’, ‘Fight for My Way’, and more. 

Kim Sung Oh has transformed into various characters, but his signature character is a psychopath. He seemed to solidify his psychopathic character image through “Lies Hidden in My Garden.”

Kim Sung Oh took on the role of Secretary Kim in the drama. This character likes Ra Im’s best friend Ah Young (Yoo In Na). Secretary Kim is a pleasant character who shows many cute actions and often makes jokes.

Kim Sung Oh starred in “Fight For My Way” as Hwang Jang Ho, a former Taekwondo athlete who won a silver medal at the 2000 Sydney Olympics and Dong Man (Park Seo Joon)’s coach. Kim Sung Oh perfectly portrayed Hwang Jang Ho and also received compliments for his bromance chemistry with Park Seo Joon.
