Kim Minju, who was a member of Kpop girl group IZ*ONE, is discussing an exclusive contract with entertainment agency Management SOOP.
On August 29th, entertainment company Management Soop revealed via a phone call with Dispatch that they are “discussing an exclusive contract with Kim Minju” and that they are in positive discussion.
At the end of this month, Kim Minju will terminate her contract with her current agency, Urban Works. Ahead of the contract conclusion, she plans to contact an actor’s agency and make a nest in her new place.
Kim Minju debuted as a member of famous Kpop girl group IZ*ONE in 2018. Along with the group, she released a number of hit songs, including “La Vie en Rose” and “Violetta”. Now, she is active as an MC for the music show “Music Core”.
At the same time, Kim Minju is expanding her position as an actor, and has previously appeared in the web-drama “A-TEEN” season 2 and the MBC series “Tempted”. She was also announced a cast member of the upcoming drama “Joseon Marriage Ban” (working title).
Meanwhile, Management SOOP currently takes care of various famous actors like Gong Yoo, Seo Hyun Jin, Jeon Do Yeon, Jung Yumi, Nam Joo Hyuk, Choi Woo Shik, and Suzy.
