Foreign Writer Delivers Warm Story About Song Joong-ki On His Japan Trip With Wife
Taiwanese writer Jennifer Lai expressed admiration for Song Joong-ki’s consideration upon meeting him in Japan
On April 4th (local time), Taiwanese TV presenter-turned-writer Betty Wu uploaded a photo of actor Song Joong-ki and writer Jennifer Lai on SNS with a beautiful story.
Betty Wu said, “He’s ‘mafia lawyer’ Song Joong-ki”, revealing that Jennifer Lai met Song Joong-ki, who played the main character in tvN’s drama “Vincenzo”, in Japan.
The writer shared, “Jennifer Lai encountered Song Joong-ki while taking a walk in the morning. She asked for a picture together and he gladly agreed”, adding “Song Joong-ki was the first to ask her about the earthquake in Taiwan and prayed for people’s safety. She was very touched by his consideration”.

According to the Taiwan Meteorological Station, a 7.4-magnitude earthquake hit Hualien County, Taiwan on the 3rd. This is the strongest earthquake in the past 25 years, killing 4 people and injuring 118 people.
Meanwhile, Song Joong-ki divorced Song Hye-kyo in 2019 and remarried Katy Louise Saunders in 2022.
