“Following Pyo Ye Jin, Jin Seon Kyu” Unexpected actors will make surprise appearances in “Revenant”

Actors Cho Hyun Chul and Choi Gwi Hwa will make special appearances in “Revenant”.

The production team of SBS’ Friday-Saturday drama “Revenant” (written by Kim Eun Hee/directed by Lee Jung Rim) released still cuts of actors Cho Hyun Chul and Choi Gwi Hwa, who will make special appearances in episodes 7 and 8 to be broadcast this week.

Cho Hyun Chul, who became a scene stealer through the drama “D.P.”, will appear as a shaman in episode 7, which is scheduled to air on July 14th. Choi Gwi Hwa, who appeared in the movies “Train to Busan”, “A Taxi Driver” and “The Roundup” and became an actor guaranteeing 10 million viewers, will play the role of Chun Il Man, a former detective who is currently running a detective agency, in episode 8, which is scheduled to air on July 15th.

Actors who have made special appearances in “Revenant” so far showed off their strong presence, such as Jin Seon Kyu, Kim Sung Kyu and Pyo Ye Jin. Accordingly, expectations are high on how Cho Hyun Chul and Choi Gwi Hwa will perform in episodes 7 and 8, respectively.

Meanwhile, the Korean-style occult mystery “Revenant” airs every Friday and Saturday at 10 PM.
