On October 25th, the first suspect is scheduled to be investigated on charges of embezzlement in business, forgery of private documents, and exercise of forged private documents. The Gangnam district office plans to conduct a two-day investigation into Ahn.

More than four months after Attrakt sued Ahn and Baek, Gangnam-gu District recently secured more evidence of Ahn and Baek and is expected to speed up the police investigation starting on October 24th.

Meanwhile, Fifty Fifty, after setting a record of “entering the Billboard for the shortest period in the history of K-pop girl groups” with their song “Cupid,” filed for a temporary injunction to suspend the validity of its exclusive contract with its agency Attrakt in June.

Attrakt (CEO Jeon Hong-joon) accused Ahn Sung-il and Baek Jin-sil of obstruction of business, damage to electronic records, breach of business, embezzlement, forgery of private documents, and exercise of counterfeit private documents, revealing that these two are the ones who gaslighted the members.

It was revealed that Ahn Sung-il signed a PM (Project Management) business service contract (5 years from June 1, 2021 to May 31, 2026) with Attrakt as main producer, and Baek Jin-sil also managed and carried out all the projects contracted under the PM business service contract.

In addition, Attrakt filed a lawsuit against The Givers, Ahn Sung-il and Baek Jin-sil in the Seoul Central District Court in September to claim 1 billion won in damages.
