FIFTY FIFTY confirmed to appear on a public TV program amid contract dispute with agency

FIFTY FIFTY will appear on the TV program “Unanswered Questions” despite being a rookie girl group.

At the end of SBS’s “Unanswered Questions” broadcast on August 12th, a preview featuring FIFTY FIFTY was shown. The preview contains content related to the girl group FIFTY FIFTY, which entered the Billboard HOT 100 within four months after debut and received the nickname “Miracle of small and medium-sized idol agencies”.

Earlier, the production team posted a message on their official SNS account, saying “We are eagerly waiting to receive advice from officials who are familiar with the idol industry and know the recent exclusive contract dispute between a K-pop girl group well”.

“Unanswered Questions” will look into the current situation of FIFTY FIFTY, which has just been active for less than a year.

FIFTY FIFTY is currently having a dispute with their agency Attrakt over their exclusive contract. The members applied for a temporary suspension of their exclusive contract against Attrakt, claiming that the agency did not fulfill their contract obligations, including transparent settlements.

On the other hand, Attrakt revealed their stance, arguing that they did not omit the sales and that the financial structure had already been agreed upon by the members.

Meanwhile, the “Unanswered Questions” episode featuring FIFTY FIFTY’s story will air at 11:10 p.m. on August 19th.
