Famous singer-producer Ryan Tedder: “BLACKPINK is extremely talented.. Contributes to both lyrics and melody”
One Republic member and music producer Ryan Tedder has a lot of praise for top Kpop girl group BLACKPINK.
In a recent interview, famous music producer and member of One Republic, Ryan Tedder shared: “I worked with BLACKPINK for their upcoming album. There’s no confirmation how many songs I wrote with them will make it, but if all goes well, there will be 3, and in the worst case scenario, there will be 1. I will be happy nevertheless, and hope that one of the songs I wrote for them will be selected to become a single.”
The music producer also disclosed that he had an immense amount of respect for BLACKPINK, saying: “I like BLACKPINK a lot, and I have a lot of respect for them. They are a wonder group, and the sweetest and kindest girls I have ever met. They are also madly talented. I wrote a few songs with them, and they gave opinions on both the lyrics and the melody, like they actually understand what they are doing.”
“They are one of the best groups ever. I’m really a huge fan of them”, Ryan concluded.
Ryan Tedder is a member of the famous pop group One Republic and a talented music producer. He has penned numerous hit songs such as Beyoncé’s “Halo”, Maroon 5’s “Maps”, and previously worked with BLACKPINK in “Bet You Wanna”.
