“Extraordinary Attorney Woo” actors Park Eun-bin, Ha Yoon-kyung, Joo Jong-hyuk and director Yoo In-shik left for Bali on vacation.
On the afternoon of August 8th, actors Park Eun-bin, Ha Yoon-kyung, Joo Jong-hyuk and director Yoo In-shik of ENA’s Wednesday-Thursday drama “Extraordinary Attorney Woo” departed for Bali, Indonesia through Incheon International Airport.
Park Eun-bin (as Woo Young-woo) arrived at the airport in a white dress, a knitted bag and greeted reporters with a bright smile. Ha Yoon-kyung, who plays Choi Soo-yeon, Woo Young-woo’s law school classmate and colleague at Hanbada, showcased her airport fashion by matching striped pants and cropped knitwear that slightly exposed her belly. Joo Jong-hyuk, who plays Kwon Min-woo, a rookie lawyer at Hanbada who often quarrels with Woo Young-woo, completed a comfortable coordination with a simple black hoodie and black shorts.
This vacation is not a reward vacation for everyone, as only some of the production crew, including the director, and actors whose schedules allow will go on a trip.
Kang Ki-young, who plays Jung Myung-seok, a lawyer who leads Woo Young-woo, Choi Soo-yeon and Kwon Min-woo at Hanbada, was scheduled to depart on August 9th, but his joining was canceled after he was diagnosed with COVID-19. Kang Ki-young crossed paths with someone who was diagnosed with COVID-19. He preemptively used a self-testing kit and received a positive result, and his diagnosis was confirmed with the rapid antigen test that he took immediately after. His agency Namoo Actors told Maeil Business Star Today, “Kang Ki-young does not have any particular symptoms right now. All of his scheduled activities have been halted, and he will focus on treatment.”
Actor Kang Tae Oh (male lead Lee Jun Ho), who has been exuding sweet chemistry with Park Eun Bin, is scheduled to enlist in the 2nd half of 2022, and so can not join the trip. Meanwhile, Joo Hyun Young (Dong Geurami, the female lead’s best friend), as well as actress Baek Ji Won (Han Seon Yeong, Hanbada CEO) and actor Jeon Bae Soo (Woo Gwang Ho, the female lead’s father), also cannot attend due to schedule problems.
Hit drama series “Extraordinary Attorney Woo” depicts the life of female lawyer Woo Young Woo (Park Eun Bin), who has a genius brand and autism spectrum disorder, as she tries to survive in a large law firm. The K-drama’s pilot episode recorded a viewership of 0.9%, which has since sky-rocketed to 15.8% by episode 9.
“Extraordinary Attorney Woo” is broadcast every Wednesday and Thursday at 9 PM (KST) on the channel ENA. It is also available via streaming platforms Netflix and seezn.
