Eun Ji-won “I neglected family + took two-year break from broadcasting because of games”

On the January 14th broadcast of SBS’s entertainment show “My Little Old Boy”, Eun Ji-won and singer Kim Hee-chul were depicted visiting a café filled with cartoon characters and figures.

When Kim Hee-chul mentioned breaking up with girlfriend because of games, Eun Ji-won empathized, “I also took a break from broadcasting to play games.“

He continued, “People don’t understand when I say I took a break from broadcasting to play games. That game involves 40 people. It’s a game where 40 people with regular jobs are scheduled to meet on a specific date. However, if I have a schedule on that day, I can’t participate in the game. Because of my irregular schedule, 40 people’s appointments would be canceled. Due to this, I took a break from broadcasting for 2 years.”

Seeing this, MC Seo Jang-hoon said, “Eun Ji-won is truly a representative ‘Little Old Boy’.“

Eun Ji-won previously revealed on tvN’s entertainment show “New Journey to the West 2” that he got divorced because of games, expressing his affection for games.

At that time, he confessed, “I was so immersed in games that I neglected my family.”

Eun Ji-won had a wedding ceremony with his first love, who is 2 years older than him, in Hawaii, USA in April 2010 but they divorced by mutual agreement in 2012.
