The value of the houses owned by EXO’s ChenBaekXi reportedly amounts to 6 billion won.
ChenBaekXi (EXO’s Chen, Baekhyun, Xiumin) recently notified their agency, SM Entertainment, of the termination of their exclusive contracts due to “unclear settlements and slave contracts.“

ChenBaekXi all reside in high-priced apartments with a view of the Han River.
Chen bought a new apartment in Gwangjin Haustory Han River in Seoul’s Gwangjin-gu after marrying his non-celebrity girlfriend in 2020. The apartment measures 175㎡ and consists of four bedrooms, one dressing room, two bathrooms, and a kitchen, dining room, and living room. At the time, its market value was in the 1.1 billion won range.
This 175㎡ apartment was sold for 2.1 billion won in February, which means a price increase of 1 billion won over three years.
Chen also owns a commercial property in Gyeonggi Province. In addition, he reportedly gave a house in Siheung, Gyeonggi Province, to his parents.
Baekhyun is living in Seoul Forest Trimage on a lease. In 2019, he signed a contract for a single room with an exclusive area of 84.82㎡ for a lease deposit of 1.5 billion won.
Baekhyun is known for receiving the highest settlement amount within EXO. He also gifted a house in Bucheon, Gyeonggi Province, to his parents as his first settlement payment.
Xiumin owns a 167㎡ apartment in The Sharp Star City in Jangyeong-dong, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul. As of June 5th, this apartment is listed for sale at 2.2 billion won. The exact time of purchase is unknown.
Most of the other members of EXO also reside in high-priced apartments. In particular, Chanyeol and Sehun each own a small building in Yeomri-dong and Sangdo-dong, respectively.
What cars do ChenBaekXi drive?
ChenBaekXi each own luxury supercars. Firstly, Chen owns a Porsche Cayenne. The base model of Porsche Cayenne has a price tag of 1.331 billion won. The Turbo GT model costs over 2.6 billion won.
Baekhyun drives a Porsche 911 Carrera GTS and an Audi RS7. The Porsche 911 Carrera GTS has a price of 2 billion won, while the Audi RS7 reaches 170 million won.
It is rumored that Xiumin owns a Range Rover and a Ferrari, but the exact model of the Ferrari is unknown. The starting price of the Range Rover is over 2 billion won.
