Daesung To Make A Comeback With New Albums In Korea And Japan In Spring 2024

According to Star Today’s report on December 26th, Daesung will make a comeback in March next year. Apart from the promotion in Korea, Daesung is also preparing a Japanese version to carry out activities in Japan for local fans. The specific form of the album has not been decided yet, but there’s a high possibility that it will be a mini album or even a full album.

According to several officials, Daesung is making every effort to produce his Korean and Japanese albums with different features. The latest Japanese album Daesung released was the mini album “D-LITE” in 2017. Planning a new album after seven years, the BIGBANG’s vocalist is determined to captivate Japanese fans once again.

Earlier on May 18th, Daesung released a special single titled “FLOW”. It’s a remake of the song of the same name released by Lee Han-chul in 2012. Ever since his latest solo promotion, Daesung has not carried out many activities and only met fans through BIGBANG’s album “Flower Road” (2018), BIGBANG’s single “Still Life” (2022), entertainment program “Unexpected Business 3” or OSTs. However, he recently began to be more active by releasing a new song, appearing on MBC’s program “Hangout with Yoo” and MBN’s “King of Mask Singer”.

Expectations are high on how Daesung will showcase his excellent singing abilities next year as a solo artist. In addition, Daesung’s agency announced that the male singer will hold “D-LITE JAPAN LIVE TOUR 2024 – D’s Is Me” from April to May next year with 15 shows in 10 cities.
