On March 6th, Daesung’s official YouTube channel uploaded the behind-the-scenes video of “Falling Slowly” music video. The video shows the music video shoot of Daesung’s new single “Falling Slowly”, which was released earlier on the 5th.
The main characters of the music video Kim Seon-ho and Moon Ga-young were pointing guns at each other, portraying a love that could not be achieved. Kim Seon-ho played a man who loves a woman whom he can’t have, while Moon Ga-young appeared as a woman who can’t be together with that man.
Daesung shared, “Ever since BIGBANG, I filled the music videos with awkward acting and this is the first music video that I’m not in at all. So it felt strange and made me wonder if it’s okay”, adding “But after seeing Seon-ho and Ga-young’s acting, I immediately understood why I was left out”, drawing laughter.
Kim Seon-ho and Moon Ga-young seriously completed all the scenes, from the affectionate scenes to the crying scene and the scene where they bleed after being shot. Daesung visited the filming site to meet the two actors and encouraged them.
Daesung said, “Because actors express their emotions through their face and body on a regular basis, I think they were the perfect choice. I want to thank Kim Seon-ho and Moon Ga-young who made the time for me to participate in the music video”.
