“Crash Course in Romance” Lee Chae Min Addressed the Controversy over the Karaoke Scene with Noh Yoon Seo 

Lee Chae Min shared some interesting behind-the-scenes stories of the recently ended drama “Crash Course in Romance”. 

Recently, rookie actor Lee Chae Min had an interview with Wikitree in Sangam-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul.

During the interview, Lee Chae Min revealed some behind-the-scenes stories, including that the director of “Crash Course in Romance” wanted to create a special relationship between his character Seon Jae and Noh Yoon Seo’s character Hae Yi. Although their scenes were muted, the two actors exchanged jokes and got to know each other while asking about their lunch and what they like to do for fun.

Lee Chae Min also talked about the controversy surrounding the karaoke scene in the drama. He joked about not being able to sing well in the drama, but he explained that it was intentional in order to accurately portray his character as a stressed-out student.

Lee Chae Min said, “The karaoke scene came out as students who couldn’t sing after a long discussion. The reality is not like that. There has been a controversy over my singing skills since the karaoke scene,” giving a bright smile, ending the controversy.

Lee Chae Min, who played the role of Seon Jae, the second son of Jang Seo Jin and a well-behaved model student, was praised for his portrayal of a character who had a crush on his friend Hae Yi.

During the interview, Lee Chae Min also talked about his interest in playing the piano and his positive attitude towards life. He stated that playing the piano helps him to relax and feel better, and that he prefers listening to music rather than singing.

Lee Chae Min also shared some anecdotes about his co-stars, including Noh Yoon Seo, whom he described as a nice and easy-going person. Lee Chae Min also praised Kim Tae Jung, who played the role of Hui Jae, Seon Jae’s elder brother in the drama.
