Earlier, Kim Hye-soo was reportedly selected as the main character of tvN’s new Saturday-Sunday drama “Shuroop” and is filming. She announced her return to historical dramas in about 20 years since KBS2’s “Jang Hee-bin” (2002).
Set during the Joseon Dynasty, “Shuroop” tells about the education system that takes place for the top 1% gifted princes within the royal family. It depicts the Queen’s extreme struggles to change troublesome princes within the court.
