CL, “I was a little tipsy at Tae-yang’s wedding so I pinched Jo Se-ho’s cheeks when I first met him. G-Dragon was also in shock”
Singer CL talked about her unexpected meeting with Jo Se-ho.
On May 25th, a video titled “[Pre-release] How did CL and Jo Se-ho meet…!? A small ball inside green fur” was uploaded on the Youtube channel of “You Quiz on the Block”.
In the video, CL hesitantly said, “I want to deliver my apology to a person”. She turned to Jo Se-ho and said, “I met you for the first time at Tae-yang’s wedding.”
CL said, “It was my first time attending the wedding of an acquaintance. I didn’t know what to wear and was just told to ‘dress up nicely’ so I wore a black suit. Then they said I had to look bright as well, so I put on a green fur coat. But I would still look formal if I took it off”, making Yoo Jae-seok laugh so hard.
She added, “I tripped over the long fur coat while entering the church. I had to carry it up to go inside and couldn’t concentrate on the wedding. I also had to sing a wedding congratulatory song. But then everyone I met kept saying‘Chae-rin ah, are you okay?’, ‘ Why are you wearing a fur coat?’. I got nervous and drank champagne on an empty stomach.”
CL continued, “Jo Se-ho was a person Dara unnie knew so I really wanted to greet him. But I was a little drunk after drinking two glasses of champagne. As soon as I met him, I grabbed his cheeks and pinched them. I was too excited”. CL got embarrassed and then apologized to Jo Se-ho.
Jo Se-ho, who was listening carefully to CL’s words, said, “G-Dragon saw it and he was like ‘Hyung, you two know each other?’ so I told him that it was the first time we met. Then he (G-Dragon) said ‘CL, what are you doing?’”, drawing laughter. CL continued, “I remembered that I kept pinching his cheeks even in the selfies we took together.”
