CL confessed, “I wanted to gather 2NE1 as a whole group before it’s too late”

Singer CL (real name Lee Chae-rin) expressed her feelings about performing with 2NE1 members as a whole group at Coachella.

On the morning of April 18th (KST), CL posted several photos on her Instagram along with a long article that begins with “The reason why I really wanted to invite the members to Coachella after receiving my invitation was I wanted to gather them with my own strength and power before it’s too late”.

She continued, “Through this stage, we want to deliver our greetings to everyone who has stayed with us and say thank you to those who have loved and spent their times with 2NE1 for the past 12 years. In that sense, today was such an important and meaningful day for me more than anyone else”.

She continued, “Through today’s moment, I hope that the feelings that I felt through us in the past will be revived. Thank you once again to our members who made today’s stage shine and to everyone who worked on this stage together. I’ll continue to run for the day when we can perform for a whole hour next time.”
