Chuu Reveals IU As Her Role Model, “I Also Want To Deliver Comforting Messages Through My Songs”

Chuu mentioned senior singer IU as her role model

On October 18th, Chuu held a showcase to commemorate the release of her first mini album “Howl” at Yes24 Live Hall in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul. At the event, she confessed, “I’ve always been looking up to senior singer IU as a great role model.”

Chuu confessed, “I feel comforted every time I listen to her songs. My dream is to become an artist who can convey messages that can comfort many people through my songs.”

Chuu’s song “Howl” depicts the process of two people healing each other’s wounds by becoming heroes for each other in the little world of just the two of them. 

Signing with ATRP in April after the exclusive contract dispute with her former agency ended last year, Chuu is making her solo debut and releasing her first album under the new agency. With “Howl”, Chuu will deliver her first ‘howl’ to the world with her attractive voice and charms.

Chuu’s album will be released on all music sites at 6 p.m. on October 18th.
