Chen, who became ‘father of two babies’, smiles at happiness after going on stage with EXO members for the first time in 3 years

Chen, a member of the idol group EXO, met fans after a long time through SM concert.

EXO’s Chen appeared at the SM Entertainment concert ‘SMTOWN LIVE 2022: SMCU EXPRESS@HUMAN CITY_SUWON’ held at Suwon World Cup Stadium on the 20th and drew everyone’s attention.

After being discharged from the military in April and standing on the domestic stage for the first time in a long time, he was happy to see numerous fans who came to the concert.

On this day, Chen, who sang the solo song ‘After April, We Break Up’, rode the stage with EXO members Suho, Xiumin, D.O. and Kai during the concert ending stage.

Chen, who met domestic fans after about three years since the EXO concert ‘EXO PLANET #5 -EXplOration[dot]-‘ held in 2019, smiled happily and waved his hands while trying to make eye contact with the fans.

On this day, Chen also shared his feelings about being on stage. He said, “It’s been a really meaningful day to say hello to you on stage after a long time. Thank you very much.” 

Chen’s fans cheered, saying, “It was good to see your smiling face,” and “I hope EXO will make a comeback as a full group soon.”

Meanwhile, Chen announced the news of his wife’s pregnancy in January 2020 along with the news of his marriage to the general public, and he then got a daughter in April of the same year.

Chen, who enlisted in the military in October 2020, revealed that he  welcomed the second daughter while serving in the military in January of this year.

Fans were surprised to hear Chen’s news all of a sudden and expressed their blessings.
