The plaintiff claimed, “Kang Kyung-joon interfered with a family and destroyed their family’s happiness.” According to the plaintiff, Kang Kyung-joon and his wife A are both working for a real estate company. The two work together in the same building and on the same floor. The plaintiff continued “Kang Kyung-joon had an affair with A even though he knew that A was a married woman”, adding that he already submitted evidence.
