On February 15, the content creator, who has 1.03 million subscribers, addressed backlash related to a review he posted after watching Single’s Inferno Reunion, a spin-off of the hit Netflix dating show.

On February 14, after viewing Episode 1 of Single’s Inferno Reunion, CharlesEnter shared candid impressions on social media, writing, “I turned it off while watching Episode 1 because it felt so uncomfortable,” and “I don’t know what they’re doing. I felt awkward myself while watching.”

Her blunt remarks quickly sparked debate among netizens, with some interpreting the comments as an indirect criticism of a specific cast member from Season 5. The original post was later deleted, further fueling speculation.

In her clarification, CharlesEnter explained that she had initially watched only half of the episode before posting her reaction. “I uploaded the story after watching halfway through Episode 1. Then I saw comments telling me to watch it until the end. After finishing it, the awkward atmosphere eased, and it ended on a warm note, so I felt I had been too hasty and immediately deleted the post,” he wrote. She added that she was unaware an online article had been published about the matter and that many viewers had felt offended.

CharlesEnter firmly denied targeting any individual. “It was not my intention to take a shot at anyone. I felt that the overall atmosphere of the program was awkward and uncomfortable, so I expressed it that way. If it came across as targeting a specific person, that is clearly my mistake,” she admitted. She also reflected on her use of Instagram as a personal communication space. “I’ve always used Instagram like a private space to communicate casually with friends, so I didn’t fully recognize my influence. If I caused discomfort, I sincerely apologize. I will be more careful.”

The apology appears to close the controversy, as discussions around Single’s Inferno Reunion and its cast continue among viewers.
