Byeon Woo Seok’s older sister is gaining major attention online after photos of her resurfaced across Korean communities.
The actor, who is currently starring alongside IU in the MBC drama Perfect Crown, has recently seen his popularity rise once again thanks to his charismatic role as Prince Ian.
As interest in Byeon Woo Seok grows, online users began sharing photos of his older sister, who reportedly previously worked as a model before becoming a cabin crew member for Korean Air.
What especially shocked fans was how similar the siblings look.
With her tall figure, sharp facial features, and monolid eyes, many netizens described her as “Byeon Woo Seok in a skirt” and “the female version of Byeon Woo Seok.”
The actor previously mentioned his sister during an appearance on You Quiz on the Block.
“Until my first year of high school, my dream was to become a pilot. Since my sister was a flight attendant, I thought becoming a pilot would be nice,” he shared.
However, he later changed career paths after becoming interested in modeling and acting. “I went through a period of uncertainty in my second year of high school and started looking toward acting and modeling instead. Since my sister had worked as a model before, I became interested and thought, ‘I want to try it too.’”
The siblings reportedly have a five-year age gap. Byeon Woo Seok stands at around 190 cm tall, while his sister is said to be 173 cm, further impressing fans with the family’s visuals and proportions.
