BTS’s Jungkook expressed his position on the invasion of his privacy

Jungkook recently communicated with fans through the official fan community Weverse and indirectly mentioned the invasion of his privacy.

During a live broadcast where Jungkook was drinking highball, fans commented, “I want to drink with you.” Watching these comments, the singer said, “Do you want to drink with me? Do you want me to give you my address?” he said jokingly. Jungkook continued, “Don’t you all know my home address? It’s already up. If you type it on YouTube, it’ll all come out. I don’t care. I think it’s my destiny and I just look ahead. I’ll run to the future with ARMY. Do I have to care about everything? But you guys shouldn’t really come to my house though.”

Earlier, Jungkook mentioned the damage to his privacy as many people were trying to confirm his address by sending delivery food to his home. Last August, he said, “Don’t send delivery food to my house,” and added, “I won’t eat it even if you give me. Thank you for your kindness, but I eat well, so buy for yourself. I beg you. If you send it one more time, I will look up the receipt order number you sent and take action. So stop it,” he said, and in April, “Don’t come when I’m working out. I was surprised last time. I had to go home after exercising, but there were people in front of me,” he said. “Thank you for the attention, but it’s not an official schedule anyway,” expressing discomfort for the sasaeng fans (fans who follow idols’ private lives).

In response, Big Hit Music, BTS’s agency, reported last month that it is taking legal action against malicious comments and sasaeng fans of the group. The agency said, “In this quarter, we also collected evidence of acts that infringe on the rights and interests of BTSs, including insults and defamation collected through fan reports and self-monitoring, and submitted a number of complaints to investigative agencies.”

“We will continue to respond to stalking crimes that infringe on BTSs’ privacy and threaten their safety with the principle of zero tolerance,” the company said.

Meanwhile, Jungkook will release his solo album ‘GOLDEN’ at 1 p.m. on November 3rd. “GOLDEN” is based on solo artist Jungkook’s “Golden Moment,” which includes a total of 11 songs, including solo singles “Seven (feat. Latto)” and “3D (feat. Jack Harlow).”
