BTS member V will make a guest appearance on SBS’s entertainment show “Running Man”.
According to a report on the morning of August 29th, V participated in the recording for “Running Man” on the 28th and completed the schedule smoothly. The episode featuring V will be released on September 10th.
Since BTS member Jin also made headlines with his solo appearance on “Running Man” ahead of his enlistment in October last year, fans are curious about V’s chemistry with “Running Man” members this time. In particular, the trailer of Jin’s episode surpassed 600,000 views within four days of its release on YouTube and the official broadcast also recorded a high rating of 4.8%.
As V once showed his admiration towards Yoo Jae Suk on “You Quiz on The Block”, fans are looking forward to seeing their reunion on “Running Man”.
Meanwhile, V will release his first solo album “Layover” on September 8th. Although V was the first to start doing individual activities through tvN’s program “Jinny’s Kitchen”, he became the last BTS member to make a solo debut.
V collaborated with NewJeans’ CEO & producer Min Hee Jin to create this album, promising to showcase a new side of him as solo singer V, which is different from BTS V. The album has a total of six songs, including the title track “Slow Dancing” with a 1970s romantic soul style.
