RM, the leader of BTS, will appear on KBS News at 9 p.m to share his thoughts.
On Dec 16th, KBS said in an official press release, “The first guest of the ‘Meet the News’ section on ‘KBS News 9’, which airs at 9 p.m. on Sunday, Dec 18th, is BTS leader RM. On September 10th, 2020, RM visited the “KBS News 9” studio with other BTS members and joined an interview with the anchor, but this will be the first time he visits the KBS News Studio by himself.“
“As BTS members recently accompanied Jin, the eldest member of BTS, to the training boot camp for his enlistment, this is expected to be an opportunity for the public to hear RM’s thoughts. Through various and in-depth questions, let’s listen to RM’s deep stories, not only as an artist and the leader of BTS but also in the moment when he is by himself.“
“Meet the News,” starring RM, is an in-depth interview section of anchor Lee Jae Seok, which was newly established last Sunday. Anchor Lee Jae Seok, who has been hosting “KBS News 9” on weekends, will meet people related to major issues in Korean society every week to answer viewers’ questions instead. This new corner aims for in-depth interviews that will dig into major issues while maintaining an easy and friendly attitude.
