BTS leader RM is receiving mixed reactions after opening up about Jungkook during a recent livestream.
Following BTS’s third concert in Las Vegas, RM went live on Weverse and discussed the making of the group’s album Arirang, including the emotional struggles the members experienced during and after their military enlistment period.
RM revealed that the members reunited after Jin completed his service, but mentally, many of them were having a difficult time. He specifically shared that Jungkook had been struggling emotionally and even cried while the older members talked about needing to hold the team together.
His comments quickly sparked debate online.
Some fans criticized RM for discussing Jungkook’s personal experiences publicly, especially since Jungkook previously expressed that he did not want to speak much about his military life. Critics argued that RM should have allowed Jungkook to decide what details to share himself.
