BTS J-Hope and Jungkook return home via Incheon International Airport Terminal 2 on the morning of April 19th after finishing their performance in Las Vegas.

6 BTS members, including Jin, Jimin, V, J-Hope, Jungkook, and Suga, returned to South Korea through Incheon International Airport this morning.

It has been about three weeks since they left for the U.S. on April 28th. After more than 10 hours of flight, the members quietly left the airport wearing masks. They quietly waved to their fans who had been waiting for them at the airport since early morning to greet them. Among the members, leader RM did not return to Korea on the same day. He is reportedly planning to stay in the U.S. more before returning.

After arriving, Jimin went through the fan community platform “Weverse” and wrote, “I had a really happy trip. Thank you always, ARMY (BTS fan)”, while V wrote, “We’re here. Thank you all for your hard work,” announcing his return to Korea.

After the concert in Las Vegas, they are expected to take a break before starting the preparation for their new album. BTS announced their comeback on April 16th (local time) by surprisingly revealing the date “2022.6.10” on the last day of “BTS PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE – LAS VEGAS”.

This date is 3 days before the 9th anniversary of their debut, and BTS is scheduled to release a new album on the same day. Although no specific plan has been made yet, as Big Hit Music, its agency, announced last year that this new album will open a “new chapter,” both inside and outside the industry, people are speculating that BTS will release a full-length album.

It is the first time in about 11 months that BTS releases a physical album since their single CD “Butter” and others in July last year. In terms of full-length albums alone, it has been about two years and four months since their 4th full-length album “MAP OF THE SOUL: 7” released in February 2020. Details of the new album will be released later.
