BTS Jimin and soloist Ha Sung Woon (ex-Wanna One) recently announced to sing for the OST of tvN’s drama “Our Blues”.
On April 19, Yamyam Entertainment – the OST production company for “Our Blues” released a statement that said: “BTS Jimin and Ha Sung Woon will participate in the OST for tvN’s Saturday-Sunday series ‘Our Blues’.” According to the company, “Jimin’s sweet tone and Ha Sung Woon’s charming and alluring voice, alongside their fantastic harmony, really perfected the track.”
Producer Song Dong Woon of the song, also raised expectations, saying: “After going through numerous songs that may fit the voice of Jimin and Sung Woon, we were able to finish the recording session with a song that perfectly suited the drama.”
BTS Jimin and Ha Sung Woon have long been known to be close-knitted friends in the entertainment industry. They are two pieces of the famous friend group “Padding”, which also includes EXO’s Kai, SHINee’s Taemin, VIXX’s Ravi, and other actors. The two have shown their friendship through surprise phone calls during live broadcasts and selfie photos. Fans in Korea and overseas are showing keen interest in the news of their duet.
This will be the first time Jimin and Sung Woon work closely together on a shared project, and the OST will be released on April 25, at 12 AM (KST), right after the broadcast of Our Blues‘s new episode.
