BTS reportedly heads to the US on March 28th to attend the Grammys and hold concerts in Las Vegas

BTS is leaving Korea on March 28th for their upcoming schedules in the US.

BTS will depart for the US on March 28th at 7:40 pm KST via Incheon International Airport. They have been confirmed to arrive in Las Vegas at around 6:30 pm KST on March 29th via Los Angeles International Airport.

BTS‘s upcoming schedules in the US are spectacular. First, the global boy group will appear at the 64th Grammy Awards held in Las Vegas on April 3rd (local time). This is going to be BTS’s fourth consecutive year attending the Grammys, the most prestigious award in the music industry.

BTS was nominated for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance Awards with the smash hit “Butter“, released in May 2021.

BTS

At last year’s Grammy Awards, BTS was the first Korean pop singer to receive a nomination for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance with their first English single “Dynamite“, leaving a strong impression on fans around the world. Unfortunately, they didn’t win. Therefore, attention is focusing on whether BTS will be able to write a new history by taking home the award this year.

Moreover, BTS is scheduled to hold a 4-night in-person concert, as part of the world tour “Permission to Dance on Stage” at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on April 8th-9th and 15th-16th. Currently, all the tickets have been sold out.

The upcoming schedules are going to be BTS’s first performances in the US after about four months since their Los Angeles concerts in November and December 2021. The group’s four nights at Sofia Stadium last year drew explosive interest and attracted more than 210,000 fans to the venue.

BTS J-Hope

Fans can participate in the Las Vegas concerts both online and offline. The concert on the last day, April 16th, will be broadcast live.

With this departure schedule, BTS is expected to show off the power to shake up the music world not only in the US but also around the globe, just like last time.

However, in the case of J-Hope, who was diagnosed with COVID-19 a few days ago, it has not been confirmed whether he will depart with other BTS members. Big Hit Music, BTS’s agency stated earlier this week, “J-Hope will join the scheduled activities next month after the completion of his in-home treatment.”
