BTS reflects on their ‘blood, sweat, and tears’ accumulated over the past 10 years

The main trailer for BTS’s documentary ‘BTS Monuments: Beyond The Star’ was released through the group’s official channel on November 29th.

‘BTS Monuments: Beyond The Star’ is an original documentary series that looks back on BTS’s journey over the past 10 years and tells the stories of the members who run to find the meaning and purpose of life.

The main trailer begins with moments of tension as 7 members of BTS prepare for their debut stage during their trainee days. Despite their youthful and fresh faces, the determination and firm will of the members, who approach practice with more sincerity and passion than anyone else, are clearly shown.

Practicing diligently day by day, to the point of being soaked in sweat, together they have become the No.1 idol group of K-pop. BTS’s new history, influencing not only the Korean music market but also the international music market, continued to unfold.

The video suggests BTS’s endless challenges with subtitles like “Running through intense times to a place no one has ever been before.” J-Hope laughs, saying, “It feels like we’re leveling up,” and Suga expresses satisfaction, “We’ve tried everything.”

Amidst their successful journey, a crisis came. The cancellation of tours due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Subtitles show their regret, “The days we lost when time stopped for the first time.”

Jin revealed his frustration, “I lived like this, postponing everything and not meeting anyone,” and V expressed, “I hoped for some change in my personal life.”

‘BTS Monuments: Beyond The Star’ will be exclusively released on Disney+ on December 20. There are a total of 8 episodes, with two episodes aired every Wednesday.
