BTS member Jungkook captivated global fans with his magic show on his ‘Birthday Live Broadcast’
BTS Jungkook hosted a live broadcast through the fan community Weverse to communicate with fans around the world in celebration of his birthday on September 1st.
Jungkook said, “After practice, I had a meal and drank with the friends who were practicing with me. As soon as I got home, I turned on this live broadcast”.
He continued, “It’s my birthday today… How many birthdays have I celebrated with ARMY (BTS’s fandom)? Anyway, thank you for being with me on my birthday every year”, expressing his gratitude to fans who have been with him every birthday.
In particular, Jungkook suddenly said, “Want me to show you a magic trick? How about card trick?”, then picked up some cards near him.
He continued, “I have two Aces… Everyone, please shout ‘Stop’ whenever you want”. He placed the two Aces last then put down the other cards one by one.
Noticing a fan commented “Stop”, he placed one of the two Ace on the card he just put down then repeated the steps once again. After that, he placed the remaining cards on the top.
After spreading the cards, Jungkook took out the cards with two Aces together and explained, “With ARMY’s love! If you give me a signal, only the Aces will appear in these two places”.
When two Aces came out from each of the two places he picked, Jungkook shouted, “It’s ARMY magic~!”, and showed a satisfied face. He commented, “This is magic!”, and made a cute gesture as if he was boasting about it, drawing laughter from fans.
