BTS Jungkook “I want to work with various artists. I just want to stand on as many stages as possible”

BTS Jungkook showed his passion for music.

On July 19th (local time), the American radio show “Elvis Duran Show” released an interview with Jungkook through their YouTube channel.

Jungkook revealed his impression of New York, “Actually I’m not good with heat so I don’t enjoy summer activities, but I like cooking and eating dishes that go along with summer vibes. There are so many good restaurants and good food in New York. I feel like I’m talking about food all the time, but yes, there are a lot of good food. And honestly there is so much traffic! And when I think of the word ‘street’, New York is the first city that comes to my mind.”

Jungkook’s solo single album “Seven”, which was released on July 14th, is a “summer song” with an addictive cheerful melody and summer vibes, and a song through which you can feel Jungkook’s charm to the fullest. Rapper Latto participated as a featuring. When the MC asked “Who else do you want to collaborate with?“, Jungkook replied, “It depends on the situation. For Latto, one of the producers recommended her for ‘Seven’. Her voice was a perfect fit for the song. I don’t have one specific artist that I get influenced by, but I’d assume who I collaborate with would depend on each song. It’d be great if I do get a chance to collaborate with various artists.

The MC continued, “It’s certain that ‘Seven’ is coming out in July. Can we talk about the possibility of an album coming out?” Jungkook caused laughter by answering, “There is always a possibility. Maybe.”

Finally, Jungkook confessed, “I don’t have a specific goal right now. I’m just focusing on the present. There are a lot of styles or genres of music that I haven’t tried, so I just want to focus on singing, dancing and performing on as many stages as possible. I don’t know what will happen in the future, but I will just concentrate on music right now. Since longer songs aren’t so popular nowadays, people purposely make songs shorter. But I guess it also depends on the song.
