BTS Jungkook deleted Instagram with 50 million followers, not hacked 

Jungkook, a member of boy group BTS, decided to delete his personal Instagram account. 

On the afternoon of February 28th, when fans of BTS accessed the Instagram account of Jungkook, the page was unavailable, and links to his account showed up as “incorrect” or “deleted”, causing confusion.

Regarding this, BTS Jungkook said on fan communication platform Weverse, “I have quitted Instagram. My account was not hacked. I just deleted it because I don’t use it. Don’t be worried!!!” 

“I never used it, so what could I do? I would rather do Weverse lives from time to time”, the male idol also said, adding, “I deleted the app right away and I don’t think I will go back to it in the future! Just letting you guys know in advance.”

Previously, all members of BTS created their personal Instagram accounts on December 6th, 2021. Now, after 1 year and 2 months, Jungkook has left the platform altogether. 

After Jungkook opened his personal SNS account, his account recorded over 50 million followers, proving his global popularity.
