Recently, Jungkook’s personal Instagram account showed off its hyper-popularity and influence with an addition of 200,000 followers a day.
According to K-Pop Radar’s Instagram follower trend, which compiles data from global platforms in real time, Jungkook’s Instagram account topped the list with a daily increase of 207,900 followers.
The idol’s Instagram account showed the strong power of the “social king” by recording an increase of more than 600,000 followers per week (February 10th to 16th.)
As a result, Jungkook’s Instagram account currently reached 51.5 million total followers, surpassing 50 million cumulative followers in a year and a month.
Moreover, Jungkook has had an “untouchable” reputation on social media, ranking No. 1 in “Most Retweeted Person in Korea” in 2017 and 2018, followed by No. 1 with “Most Retweeted Tweets in the World” in 2019, and No. 2 in the same category in 2020.
