BTS J-Hope revealed his buzz cut a day before joining the army.
On April 17th, J-Hope posted several photos along with the caption “I’ll be back safely and healthily!”. The photos contained a handwritten letter saying “I’ll be back safely and healthily” and a selfie. J-Hope, who will enlist on April 18th, transformed into buzz cut and left a selfie.
J-Hope is scheduled to enter the army’s A Division boot camp in Gangwon Province on April 18th. He is the second member of BTS to serve in the military, following Jin. After receiving five weeks of basic military training, he will be assigned to a unit at the end of May.
In this regard, BTS’ agency Big Hit Music said, “It is difficult to confirm the date and location of J-Hope’s enlistment. We will not disclose these information in the future, either.” There will be no separate events, and fans are also banned from visiting the site.
