BLACKPINK’s Rosé and the times she perfectly handled stage accidents
Despite BLACKPINK’s lack of comebacks, Rosé is a true professional on stage, and accidents can’t hinder her.
As of this moment, BLACKPINK’s Rosé has been a Kpop idol for 6 years. While her group rarely releases new tracks, their professionalism on the stage is still undeniable. For Rosé especially, this is clearly shown through the times she perfectly handled stage accidents.
During a performance at Melon Music Awards, the female idol was wearing a 800 USD set of clothes. However, the strong choreography was too tough for it to handle, and a button suddenly snapped, setting Rosé’s mic loose.
This incident can cause a serious issue, but Rosé remained composed the entire time. Her expression didn’t even change, and the idol performed strongly throughout the stage as if nothing happened.
Previously when BLACKPINK first debuted, Rosé’s belt also came undone in the middle of performing at a university’s festival. However, the female idol handled this perfectly, and the same happened when her ring got stuck to her shirt in another episode.

In another occasion, an earring of Rosé fell mid-performance while she was dancing to “Forever Young”. However, the idol couldn’t simply sit down to pick it up, and instead kicked the earring away to prevent it from hindering her moves.

Other times where her in-ear malfunctioned, Rosé promptly resolved the situation by gesturing the problem to the back staff. In the blink of an eye, the issue was fixed, and things went on as normal.

The professionalism of Rosé was also proven through the times she covered her members’ parts. On the legendary Coachella stage and during a concert of BLACKPINK, the main vocalist quickly noticed Jennie’s fatigue and wardrobe malfunction, then rushed to come to her support.

With such professionalism, wit, and dedication to the stage, it is no surprise to see Rosé delivering outstanding performances every time. The BLACKPINK member is becoming more and more popular every day, and she totally deserves it.
