BLACKPINK occupied Hanteo Chart’s World Chart and Physical Album Chart for the 4th week of January.
Hanteo Chart, the world’s one-and-only real-time music chart, announced the weekly world chart, physical album chart, and certified chart for the 4th week of January 2022 at 10:00 AM KST on January 23rd.
The world chart, which is announced based on the global data of K-pop artists such as albums, digital songs, certifications, social networking services (SNS), and media, has the meaning of a comprehensive chart. BLACKPINK rose to No. 1 on the weekly World Chart for the 4th week of January with a World Index of 20,43.98 points. Following this, on the weekly world chart, BTS took 2nd place and Choi Yena took 3rd place.
Last week’s No. 1 album on Hanteo Chart’s chart standard ‘Physical Index’, was BLACKPINK’s “BORN PINK” album, which recorded 124,709.34 points (32,138 copies of weekly album sales). BLACKPINK topped both the world and record charts.
Next, Got The Beat’s “Stamp On It” ranked second, Choi Yena’s “Love War” ranked third, Jinyoung’s “Chapter 0: WITH” ranked fourth, and NewJeans’s “OMG” album ranked fifth.
SEVENTEEN’s “Face the Sun” ranked 6th place, NewJeans’ “NewJeans” ranked 7th place, NCT Dream’s “Candy” in 8th place, Cignature’s “My Little Aurora” ranked 9th place, and SEVENTEEN’s “An Ode” ranked 10th place.
MONSTA X’s “REASON” album topped the weekly certification chart. MONSTA X ranked #1 on the world and album charts last week, and this week, it ranked #1 on the certified charts, proving their global popularity.
2nd place was “MAXIDENT” by Stray Kids, 3rd place was Wonho’s “Bittersweet”, 4th place was Kihyun’s “YOUTH”, 5th place was SEVENTEEN’s “Face the Sun”, 6th place was CIX’s “OK Episode 1: Ok Not”, 7th place was SEVENTEEN’s “Sector 17”, 8th place Xdinary Heroes’ “Overload”, 9th place was BLACKPINK’s “BORN PINK”, 10th place was RM’s “Indigo.”
Hanteo Chart’s weekly chart aggregation period in the 4th week of January is from the 16th to the 22nd. The world chart will be released based on global data from K-pop artists, and the record chart will be ranked based on the album index based on global record sales. The certification chart is based on the amount of authentic albums certified by overseas fans.
